Indorama Reorganizes U.S. Units

Bangkok-Indorama Polymers (IRP) has received board approval for the establishment of a new subsidiary in an effort to reorganize its U.S. operations. The new unit, Indorama Polymers (USA) Inc. will be registered in the U.S. at a value of $44-million and will be 100% owned by IRP.
