M&G Sells PET Film Unit to Polinas

Tortona-Mossi & Ghisolfi SpA (M&G) has agreed to sell it polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film subsidiary, Nuroll, to Turkish firm Polinas. M&G said Nuroll has the capacity to produce 18,000 t/y of biaxially oriented PET film at Pignataro, Maggiore, Italy. The plant includes one extrusion line, one co-extrusion line and one coating line with in-line and off-line coating and treatment capabilities.
