Moscow-Russian Oil producer Rosneft has agreed to acquire Petroleos de Venezuela SAi's (PDVSA) 50% stake in Ruhr del, a 50-50 German refining and petrochemical joint venture with BP.Rosneft will purchase the 50% interest for $1.6-billion, excluding PDVSA's share of crude inventory and receivables to be valued at closing.
