Tokyo-Marubeni Corp. has entered into a strategic partnership with Sinopec Engineering for overseas petrochemical and energy projects, according to Dow Jones.The agreement calls for the two companies to pursue orders to construct petrochemical facilities and oil refineries, mainly in South America and Africa.
