Toyota Tsusho, CMFC Establish Company For World's 'First' Bio-PET Supply Chain

Taipei-Toyota Tsusho has signed a joint venture agreement with China Man-Made Fiber Corp. (CMFC) to establish the world's "first" global bio-polyethylene terephthalate (PET) supply chain.The partners will estabbsh a new company this month, Greencol Taiwan Corp. (GTC), for the procurement of bio-ethanol, production of bio-monoethylene glycol (bio-MEG), tolling business of PET and marketing of bio-PET.
