Arnhem-Delamine BV, an equally-owned joint venture of Akzo Nobel and Tosoh Corp., is debottlenecking its Delfzjil plant in the Netherlands to create what it referred to as "the world's largest single (ethylene dichloride-based) ethylene amines production unit."
