Moscow-Russian oil company Tatneft's Taneco subsidiary is syndicating a $2-billion loan that will be used to undertake the first phase of a refinery and petrochemical complex in Nizhnekamsk, Reuters reported last week. The 25-month loan, for which BNP Paribas is acting as sole arranger, will be guaranteed by Tatneft and the International Petrochemical Growth Fund.
