Prague-Agrofert Holding plans to proceed with fresh arbitration proceedings against PKN Orlen of Poland for violations of contracts in the privatization of Czech petrochemical holding company Uni-petrol,reported Czech news reports quoting Agrofert Director Andrej Babis.PKN last year acquired 62.99% of Unipetrol as part of an agreement to sell certain Unipetrol chemical units to Agrofert(PCN,30 May 05,p 2).
