Westlake & Georgia Gulf Conclude Vinyl Chloride Supply Agreement

Houston-Westlake Chemical Corp.and Georgia Gulf Corp.last week finalized an agreement under which Westlake will supply vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) to Georgia Gulf.The agreement replaces a contract Westlake had with a subsidiary of Royal Group Technologies,which Georgia Gulf acquired on 3 Oct.(see related story above).
