摘要

Eight fungicides, viz., carbendozim (Benfil 50 WP), carbendazim + mancozeb (Companion 75 WP), dinocap (Karathane 48 EC), sulphur flowable (Share 40 SC), hexaconazole (Sitara 5 EC), propiconazole (Dhan 25 EC), tebuconazole 25 EW and triadimefon (Bayleton 25 WP) were evaluated for their effectiveness against powdery mildew (Erysipfie pi si) or Pea (Pisum safivum L) under cold desert conditions of North-Western Himalayas. All the test fungicides were significantly effective in reducing the severity of powdery mildew. Three foliar sprays either of triadimefon (0.05%) or hexaconazole (0.1%) or tebuconazole 25 EW (0 06%) were found highly effective in controlling powdery mildew of Pea and in ameliorating the green pod yield of Pea Five sprays of Share 40SC (0.4%) at 1 0 days interval equally effective with three fortnightly sprays of tebuconazole 25 EW (0.04 & 0.05%) in the control of the disease.
