摘要

Results depicted that blast disease symptoms appearing on leaf and panicles can be effectively managed by spraying tricyclazole 0-75 WP (Beam) 0.06%, hexaconazole 0-5 EC (Contaf), benlate 0-50 WP (Benomyl) and bitertanol 25 WP (Baycor) @ 1% concentration of each fungicide. However, hexaconazole 5 EC (Contaf) was most toxic to the sheath blight disease (49.9%) followed by carbendazim-50 WP (Bavistin). Whereas disease index of neck rot was recorded at par in all the evaluated fungicides but tricyclazole 75 WP proved more toxic than rest of the fungicides.
