The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is declaring victory in a court battle over access to U.S.government documents relating to perchlorate contamination in groundwater and drinking water.A U.S.district court in Los Angeles ordered the government March 20 to produce what an NRDC attorney characterized as a "big portion" of the information NRDC was seeking.
