EC admits mistake in REACH 'only representatives' interpretation

"Only representatives" (ORs) appointed to register chemical substances on behalf of non-EU manufacturers will have to submit separate registrations for each company they represent,the European Commission announced last week,as part of its pre-registration campaign.
