EPA to approve changes to Va.,Penn.pesticide applicator rules

EPA plans to approve amendments submitted by Virginia and Pennsylvania to their respective State Plans for Certification and Training of Applicatoin of Restricted Use Pesticides,the agency said in an Oct.28 Federal Register notice.EPA published the proposed amendments to solicit public comments,which must be received on or before Nov.28.According to EPA,the proposed amendments add new commercial categories for vertebrate pest control to both states' pesticide applicator rules.
