The Canadian Supreme Court last week declined to hear CropLife Canada's challenge to a Toronto bylaw restricting the use of pesticides in the city.CropLife Canada had filed a memorandum of argument Aug.9 with the court,seeking a review of two lower court rulings against the group.CropLife argued the bylaw is unconstitutional and contravenes provincial law.The court declined to hear the case Nov.17 without comment.
