EPA forwards draft final rule pesticide container standards to USDA

In a notification to the Secretary of Agriculture published in the March 1 Federal Register (71 FR 10438),EPA announced that the agency has forwarded a draft final rule to USDA.The final rule would:establish standards for removal of pesticides from containers and for rinsing containers.
