TOP OF THE NEWS: CAPITOL HILL: Chemical Producers & Distributors Association has said it will focus this year on chemical site security, endangered species regulation and USDA's generation of data on food-use pesticides. TSCA: EPA's National Center for Environmental Assessment has identified significant data gaps on dichlorobenzene. The president's fiscal 2005 budget has called for 383 million dollar for the regulation of pesticides, chemicals and genetically modified organisms.
