EPA Web site targets environmental criminals

EPA last week launched a new Web site at www.epa.gov/fugitives with information on 23 fugitives accused of violating environmental laws and evading authorities in an effort to track them down.Their alleged crimes range from smuggling ozone-depleting substances to discharging pollutants into the air and water.
