Registration review dockets established; proposed review decisions issued

On July 9 (73 FR 39296), EPA issued a notice announcing the establishment of registration review dockets for oxazolidine-E and caprylic acid. Registration review is the agency's periodic review of pesticide registrations to ensure that each pesticide continues to satisfy the statutory standard for registration. In other words, that the pesticide can perform its intended function without unreasonable adverse effects on human health or the environment.
