摘要

The mechanism of the N-dichlorophosphoryl-P-trichloromono-phosphazene inter-action with VOCl_3and the mechanism of its polymerization have been studied withthe RHF I 3-21G method. The monomer interaction with VOC1_3 has been modeled,and the electron spin resonance (ESR) was measured.
