Eariy pest detection and prevention bill introduced in the House

A bill designed to give state and local agriculture departments more assistance from the federal government in their efforts to prevent the damaging effects of plant pests,such as the Asian long-horned beetle and the Emerald Ash Borer,has been introduced in the U.S.House of Representatives.
