ECHA gives guidelines for non-EU exports

Under REACH, any EU company manufacturing or importing chemical substances of less than one tonne per year, with a few exceptions, must send a registration to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Failure to comply with this will result in a company no longer being allowed to manufacture the substance or import it into the European Union.
