China issues regs,works with U.S.to improve pesticide industry

China issued a new regulation Nov.22 that is expected to phase out 30% to 40% of its domestic pesticide companies,while the government-run Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals within the Ministry of Agriculture(ICAMA)signed an agreement with EPA Nov.9 to promote pesticide cooperation between the U.S.and China.
