EPA proposals to ban 35 uses of phosmet and azinphos methyl (AZM) and phase out other uses over four years may settle a lawsuit brought by a farm workers union and environmental groups.EPA published notice of its proposed re-evaluation decisions on the organophosphate insecticides in the June 9 Federal Register.
