Requests received to cancel numerous pesticide registrations

On Dec. 10 (73 FR 75105), EPA issued a notice announcing the receipt of requests by registrants to voluntarily cancel certain pesticide registrations. Unless a request is withdrawn by June 8,2009, or January 9, 2009, for those registrations for which the registrant requested a waiver of the 180-day comment period, orders will be issued canceling these registrations.
