摘要

Two series of N-acylated (2-6) and S-alkylated (7-13) 4(3H)-quinazolinone derivatives have been synthesized by reaction of 3-amino-2(1H)-thioxo-4(3H)-quinazolinone (1) with selected substituted cinnamic acids and halogenoketones, respectively. The structures of the compounds obtained result from the IR, H-1 NMR, and mass spectra.
