The infrared predissociation spectrum of H-3(+)

Experimental measurements of the infrared predissociation spectrum of the H-3(+) ion are briefly reviewed. The spectrum involves states between -1100 cm(-1) and above +2000 cm(-1) of the dissociation limit into H+ + H-2. Over 26 000 lines were seen in the wavenumber range 872-1094 cm(-1). [References: 20]
