Relativity, nonlocality, and the newly revived theory of ether

By examining various scenarios of relative motion that involves a light source and an observer or observers, we clarify both the content of the constancy of the speed of light and that of the principle of relativity; and in doing this, we have thoroughly explored the idea of light speed being as a medium property, and drop it only when the circumstances force us to do so. And as a result, we have found a new way, namely, the nonlocal nature of reality, to reconcile light speed's independence of the motion of its source and the principle of relativity that is interpreted in this paper. The nature and cause(s) of the Global Positioning System relativistic effects are also studied.
