摘要

We propose that a gravitational wave is a fluctuation of the medium, which appears as the product of the permittivity of free space ε_0 and the permeability of free space μ_0. That is, the gravitational wave is an acoustic wave in the medium. This proposal shows how the phase velocity of the fluctuation relates to the speed of light c=1ε_0μ_0.
