Remodeled Relativity Theory

In this paper we present a remodeled form of Einstein's relativity theories that re-tains and incorporates only experimentally proven principles.This remodeledrelativity theory(RRT)follows the methodology of nature and is based on a gen-eralized law for spinning and rotational motion,which is in fact the conservationlaw of momentum vector direction and can be successfully used to precisely com-pute planetary and lunar orbits.The most fundamental principles of RRT are theconservation laws of energy and momentum.Based on eight decades of relativityexperiments,we adopted two fundamental principles:one,that energy level is theunderlying cause of relativistic effects,and,two, that mass is expressed by Ein-stein's relativistic energy equation. From the space-age ephemeris generation ex-perience,following nature's way of conserving energy and momentum,we foundsufficient reason to replace the concept of "relativity of all frames"with that of"nature's preferred frame," which helped us to escape the dilemma faced by Ein-stein up until 1912,when he concluded that"there is no way of escape from theconsequence of non-Euclidean geometry,if all frames are permissible."Einsteinformulated the general theory as a law for all coordinate systems,but physicistsand astronomers have continued to adopt one or another ad hoc approach thatdoes not completely conform with the basic tenets of Einstein's theories.Based onthe few well-proven basic principles mentioned above,a comprehensive remodel-ing effort by us led to the proposed theory,which uses Euclidean space to consis-tently and successfully simulate numerically the results of all the"well-established"tests of the general theory at their current accuracy levels(as pre-sented in our earlier papers),and to precisely calculate relativistic effects ob-served in the case of global positioning system applications,accurate macro-scopic clock experiments,and other tests of the special theory.Utilizing the essen-tial essence of Einstein's theory,and enriched by the benefits of numerous space-age experiments,this theory can by its capability and consistency be proved toavoid the inadequacies of Einstein's theory.
