摘要

This work is an attempt to reconsider the concept of monopole that is usually used to establish a charge symmetry in Maxwell electrodynamics. An alternative approach is proposed that is based on the kinematics of spinning motion, which leads to new equations, considered to be counterparts of the Maxwell equations. Specifically, the new equations are valid in space regions of dimension < 10~n cm and describe some fields and sources whose origin can be different from the elec-trodynamic one, It is shown that under certain conditions these new fields can be reduced to "rotating" electric and magnetic fields, with the elementary magnetic moment and its temporal change, respectively, as sources for these fields. Some consequences from the electrodynamic equations with alternative sources are also derived.
