摘要

We introduce the notion of matter as a "primordial" fluid which has a density, mass, charge, and the quantum of action, distributed over the volume of an elementary particle. The nonrelativistic rules of matter behavior at the subatomic level are postulated. On the basis of the continuity and Hamilton-Jacobi equations, the corresponding equation for the density flow of matter is derived and converted into a stationary Schr?dinger equation.
