摘要

This paper deals with the scope to apply Carbon Fiber Lamellas as a reinforcement option for precast elements. The investigations on the feasibility to reinforce concrete with carbon fiber laminate comprise tests to quantify the influence of surface roughness on the bond behaviour and the crack formation, furthermore the required reinforcement ratio [1]. The results of this study are then applied on a facade cladding in precast technologies. The production of a prototype enables to evaluate the manufacturing process concerning costs and mass-production. Additional to the cost efficiency, the manufacturing of the reinforcement grids and the placing of the reinforcement and the concrete in the form work are analyzed and the results are summarized to decisive factors.
