With the increase of business transactions, processing blending oil is increasingly more common. Enhancing the distillation yield by optimizing the blending oils is currently one of the major challenges refineries are facing to make them profitable. Iran crude oil, Saudi crude oil, and Cabinda crude oil were selected to be studied in this article. The blending oil distillation yields and distillation products at the optimum active status are investigated. At the optimized blending ratio of Iran and Saudi 9:1 (No. I oil), the distillation yield before 520°C is 67.20%, 1.47% higher than the theoretical distillation yield. The worst blending ratio of Iran and Saudi is 2:8 (No. 2 oil). The experiments showed that all yields decreased when Cabinda is mixed with No. 1 oil. The yields were optimized when the Cabinda was mixed with No. 2 oil, 0.76% higher than the theoretical distillation yield. It is improper to refine when binary crude oil at the optimized state is mixed with a third oil. The decreasing viscosities and surface tensions are contrasted well with increasing distillation yields.
