The dust, or rather lack of it, has settled following the COP15 climate negotiations in Copenhagen in December, reports Marc Height. Even the previously unscheduled appearance of US President Barack Obama, along with 118 other world leaders including Gordon Brown and the Chinese Prime Minister, Wen Jiabao, was not enough to result in a specific global deal on carbon emissions.
