摘要

This study provides an alternative method for obtaining mechanical property parameters according to the relationship between rock compositions and mechanical properties for low-permeability reservoirs. Using a material test system system, compressive strength, Poisson ratio, and elastic modulus of the rock samples were obtained. Then the amount and types of mineral compositions were obtained by correlation analysis and principal component analysis. Factor analysis showed that the influence of mineral compositions on mechanical properties can be specified with three indicators.
