India tackles refinery fires

India has had its share of bad luck as regards refinery fires. Within the space of four months in 2006-2007, the western coast district of Jamnagar, Gujurat state, saw two major fires in refineries operated by private companies. Raghavendra Verma, in New Delhi, reports.
