World's first'positive energy'mixed-use building

Chicago's Adrian Smith+Gordon Gill Architecture has won the global competition to design Masdar's Headquarters building.The organisation will be based in the world's first large-scale,mixed-use'positive energy'building,which should produce more energy than it consumes.In addition to being the location of Masdar HQ,the building will accommodate private residences and'early bird'businesses starting up in the city.
