UK oil and gas production

After a strong rebound in October and November 2007,UK North Sea production declined in December,according to the latest(February)Oil&G alpha s Index from the Royal Bank of Scotland.Preliminary estimates suggest that total production fell from 2.8mn boe/d in 2006 to 2.45mn boe/d in 2007 as persistent cost inflation offset strong investment spending.
