Consultant register launched by InstE

A new project has been initiated with the Institute of Energy to develop Consultant Registration for the mutual benefit of energy consultants and customers of the Action Energy programme.Action Energy is a UK Government backed initiative run by the Carbon Trust that works with organisations large and small to reduce costs and improve environmental performance.
