In a former article [1] a solution was presented to compute the loss of prestress of Prestressed Concrete Bars after moulding. This solution is valid only for uncracked concrete elements (state I), but it also basis for the computation for cracked elements (state II) under service loads being discussed within this article. Furthermore, a first application on building site is described.
