Decline in UKCS oil and gas output

Both UK oil and gas production was down by 11% on the year in February 2004,according to the latest Royal Bank of Scotland Oil and Gas Index.At 1,972,891 b/d and 12,089mn cf/d,respectively,oil and gas output was also down on January 2004.
