EI Energy Barometer - focus on energy efficiency

The Energy Institute (EI) Energy Barometer 2015 survey focused on the UK's energy system and encompassed a wide range of topics, including energy policy, investment and innovation, emissions targets, skills and knowledge retention, communication and engagement, and energy prices. The UK energy system and related policy landscape is rapidly changing. Since conducting the survey in February a new government has been installed, beginning a new chapter of energy policy.
