Grangemouth back from the brink

Just as the November 2013 issue of Petroleum Review rolled off the presses, it was announced that the Grangemouth oil refinery and petrochemical plant was to reopen after a new last-minute deal was agreed with the Unite workers' union that will see shareholders invest some ￡300mn in the site.
