This month, I am pleased to announce my new affiliation with The Chalfont Project, a leading specialty pharma consulting group that helps clients create lasting change through the application of behavioral and social sciences to business situations. This team of "organization architects" helps companies create innovative workplaces and novel ways of working by focusing on their most important resource - people!The way in which a company acquires, organizes and manages its people distinguishes it from other organizations. As companies change over time, their ways of managing talent must change and this means that people themselves must change. As we see it, the only real sustainable change is change in behaviors and habits.
