Mitsui and Marubeni are to acquire for an undisclosed sum an 8.5% and 6.5% interest,respectively,in the Equatorial Guinea LNG project.Marathon will now hold a 60% stake in the project,with GEPetrol,the national oil company of Equatorial Guinea,holding 25%.
