Updated competences for CEnv status

The Society for the Environment (SocEnv) has announced the updated professional competences for Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) registration. The El will be bringing these into effect from January 2013. Applicants wishing to apply under the current competences can do so up until 23 January 2013.
