Chief Scientific Advisor to receive El's Melchett Award

Following the Energy Institute (El) AGM on 10 June, Professor David MacKay, Chief Scientific Advisor to the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), will be presented with the El's prestigious Melchett Award.
