Shell sells various US pipeline assets

Shell Oil Products has completed the sale of its Mid-Continent refined products pipeline system to Magellan Midstream Partners,and the sale of the company's Midwest refined products pipeline system to Buckeye Partners for a combined total of just over US1bn.
