摘要

Application of a vibration diagnosis method for analyzing the quality of rotating anode X-ray tubes is described. The experimental results of testing of vibration characteristics of rotating elements of X-ray tubes are presented.The X-ray tube with rotating tungsten anode is a crucial element of contemporary X-ray apparatuses. The ability of the rotating anode to withstand thermal and mechanical loads determines the service life of the X-ray tube. The X-ray image quality in X-ray scanners depends on the anode rotation mode. The acoustical noise of the X-ray apparatus with rotating anode should be minimized. Such noise is determined by state medical standards. These standards determine the equivalent energy of the emitted sound. The maximal level of acoustical noise at the patient is 55 dB at the distance 1 m from the X-ray apparatus.
